Hoax-"Hoax" (album)

This is a rather obscure find from the Massachusetts hardcore band Hoax. I've had trouble tracking down much of their music and info online, sans a bunch of reviews. But in a way that makes them more badass. Anyway, if you really want badass, just listen to this shit. It's brash, rather lo-fi hardcore that features classic hardcore guitars and harsh growls suitable for metal. I definitely think the vocals give this band the edge over other bands in the genre. Along with the grainy production, they add a much more menacing feel. These guys are no joke for sure.
